Aesthetic Dentistry
Tooth whitening, orthodontic treatments and plastic surgery for the gums are the main treatments in oral aesthetics. Dental composites and ceramics are our materials of choice to enhance your smile.
Hyaluronic acid is the treatment we use for hydrating, volumizing and contouring your lips.

AESTHETIC VENEERS (composite and ceramic)
Composite aesthetic veneers are one of the most exigent treatments in dental aesthetics.
They are modelled directly over the tooth by hand, and the width of the veneer is 700 micras (0.7 millimetres). At this width, which is average for aesthetic veneers, several layers must be added (layering technique) to achieve a natural and rejuvenated look for the tooth.
- Dental opaquer.
- Hybrid composite.
- Make-up.
- Microparticle composite, a totally manual dental aesthetic work of maximum accuracy in which our tools are brushes and spatulas.
Although it is true that ceramic veneers achieve excellent aesthetic results, we are partial to composite.
The most important reason is that placing composite veneers doesn’t require reducing the size of the teeth in most cases, which is a necessary procedure for ceramic ones.
It is also true that ceramic is a material that ages well and maintains its colour throughout the years.
Just like our natural teeth, dental composite ages slowly as time goes by. However, this characteristic of composite has an easy solution: a yearly dental cleansing and polish combined with a correct care and dental hygiene.
If we meet these two requirements, the composite dental veneers should stay shiny and with a stable colour for many years.
HYALURONIC ACID
Hyaluronic acid has become one of the most popular treatments to enhance the aspect of our face and correct minor imperfections.
In our clinic, we offer hyaluronic acid treatments to hydrate, contour and add volume to the inferior tier of the face, which includes the lips, the area around the mouth and the chin.
Hydrating with hyaluronic acid consists in applying small quantities of this substance in the skin to improve the hydration and elasticity, which results in a softer and brighter skin. Contouring with hyaluronic acid is used to correct asymmetries in the shape of the upper and lower lips,as well as defining the contour and improving the profile of the lips. In terms of adding volume, hyaluronic acid can be used to fill small wrinkles and creases, as well as increasing the size of the lips.
It is important to note that, as odontologists, we can only work in the lower tier of your face, which means that we cannot offer hyaluronic acid treatments in areas like the forehead or the cheekbones.
TOOTH WHITENING
Laser whitening is a safe and effective tooth whitening technique to improve your smile.
During the procedure, our dental team will use a specialised whitening agent that contains 35% of hydrogen peroxide, a safe compound that has been used for decades in tooth whitening treatments.
To start the treatment, our dental team will carefully apply the whitening product on your teeth and activate it with a specialised laser light to accelerate the whitening process.
The procedure will be done in 3 sessions of 10 minutes each in the same day and it is essentially painless and non-invasive, so our patients can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing experience in our dental clinic. Once the procedure is done, the patient will be provided with a compound with a lower concentration of hydrogen peroxide to supplement the treatment at home for the next 15 days.
It is important to note that the laser whitening is not adequate for all patients; our dental team will carefully assess your needs and determine if this treatment is the right one for you.
Furthermore, it is necessary to have proper oral hygiene and avoid the consumption of food and beverages that may stain the teeth after the treatment, so as to maintain its results for as long as possible.
EXPRESS WHITENING
Unlike the usual whitening, this treatment, supplemented with a previous dental cleaning, has a duration of 10 minutes with a 16% carbamide peroxide concentration whitening agent to complement said cleaning.
